VALENTINE AND ELIZABETH SARTORIUS
1783
Valentine and Elizabeth Sartorius lived in Sydney County, Guysborough Township,
Nova Scotia on lands granted by King George III of England as payment in part
for services rendered during the Revolution. At the time Valentine and Elizabeth
received their land, other members of the 60th regiment of the Royal Americans
received similar grants. Land grants were given based on number of family members.
The last record of Ludovic is found when he too received property under this grant.
